Answers to the common questions. If you can't find what you need, our team is one message away.
Booking & payment
Browse an experience, pick your date and travellers, and pay securely on RoamNeo. We accept Visa and Mastercard, processed by Stripe. Prices are shown and charged in USD, and are all-in — no hidden booking fees. Nepali wallets (eSewa, Khalti, Fonepay, connectIPS) are not available yet.
Your booking is confirmed once payment succeeds, and you’ll get a reference you can find any time under Trips.
Cancellations & refunds
The cancellation policy is set per experience. It is shown in full on the listing before you book, again on the checkout page you agree to, and on the booking itself afterwards — the version on your booking is the one that applies, even if the operator changes the listing later. Cancelling inside the refund window is paid back to your original payment method.
Need to cancel or change a trip? Open it under Trips, or message us and we’ll help.
Travel insurance
RoamNeo doesn’t sell travel insurance. For treks and adventure activities especially, we strongly recommend arranging your own cover — including medical evacuation where relevant — before you travel.
Field-Verified & safety
Every organization on RoamNeo is checked in person before it can list. You can read more about how verification works on our About page. Keeping chat, booking and payment on RoamNeo is what lets us stand behind your trip — if something isn’t right, we can see the full picture and step in.
Frequently asked
Are the prices in USD or NPR? Prices are shown and charged in USD. If your card is issued in another currency, your bank may add its own conversion fee.
Do I need to book far in advance? Popular treks in peak season fill up — book early for the best dates. Many day experiences can be booked close to the day.
Can I message the organization before booking? Yes — use the message button on any listing. Keep the conversation on RoamNeo so your booking stays protected.
